Taking advantage of the versatility of the SARDELLINA pâté, we've created some tasty variations, combining it with some of the excellent products our region has to offer. This is the variation with the famous and beloved 'Nujia Calabrese di Spilinga'.
'Nduja needs no introduction, and it goes perfectly with our Sardellina, the sea that meets the hinterland, Calabria that completes itself
Ingredients: SARDINES (sardina pilchardus), sweet and spicy ground red pepper, water, salt, wild fennel seeds, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sodium sorbate.
