Taking advantage of the versatility of the SARDELLINA pâté, we've created some tasty variations, combining it with some of our region's finest produce. This is the variation featuring the incredibly sweet IGP Red Onion from Tropea (VV).
A classic pairing, reimagined in a new version, with the sweetness of the PGI Tropea onion marrying naturally with the bold flavor of the Sardellina, resulting in a versatile combination that the palate appreciates.
Ingredients: SARDINES (Sardina pilchardus), ground sweet and spicy red pepper, water, salt, wild fennel seeds, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. Calabrian Tropea Red Onion PGI, wine vinegar, coloring E163, sugar, salt. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid. Filling: Olive Oil.
