The Spicy Sardellina, which follows the typical Calabrese recipe from Crucoli (Kr), is hand-crafted by the Lucchetta Laboratory.
Sardellina follows the traditional Crucoli recipe: the fish is first salted and cured before being mixed with sweet and slightly spicy Calabrian red chili pepper powder, water, salt, and wild fennel seeds. The creamy, spreadable texture combined with the intense aroma distinguishes this product's uniqueness and deliciousness.
Ingredients: SARDINES (Sardina pilchardus), ground sweet and spicy red pepper, water, olive oil, salt, wild fennel seeds, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. Caught in the Central-Eastern Atlantic Ocean, FAO zone 34.
