The Sweet Sardellina, which follows the typical Calabrese recipe from Crucoli (Kr), is hand-crafted by the Lucchetta Laboratory.
Sardellina follows the traditional Crucoli recipe: the fish is first salted and cured before being mixed with sweet and slightly spicy Calabrian red chili pepper powder, water, salt, and wild fennel seeds.
The creamy, spreadable consistency combined with the intense aroma distinguishes this product as unique and delicious.
