On the morning of June 18th, at the Swabian Castle in Cosenza, "Degustando" began again this year, the Calabrian cultural festival that combines art and food, education and emotion.
During the "Degustando" event, organized by the Maccaroni Chef Academy, our fellow citizen Antonio Lucchetta, owner of the "Laboratorio Lucchetta," received the 2021 Degustando award.
Among the award winners are other culinary and fashion stars such as Gerardo Sacco, Professor Vittorio Caminiti, president of the Bergamot Academy, and many others.
