It will be an edition of Golosaria (4, 5, 6 November Allianz MiCo - Fieramilanocity ) in the name of doing and knowing how to do, which it also celebrates with two important birthdays: the 18th year of Golosaria Milano and the 25th edition of IlGolosario, the thousand-page guide that brings together producers, shops and wineries from all over Italy that constitute the heart of the event.
A Golosaria A celebration of anniversaries that, thanks to the strength of its roots, looks to the future, with a theme of "Tradition is Innovation" (but also vice versa), intended to represent a world, like the food and wine world, in constant evolution. The innovators are, first and foremost, the Golosario Champions who will take the stage on Saturday afternoon for the opening talk show: these are the one hundred "historic" names who have demonstrated, through their interpretation, the concept of innovation born of tradition. On Sunday, it will be the turn of the best IlGolosario shops, divided into categories and chosen from 4,000 citations.
